The Sheriff's Office is responsible for keeping the peace, the county jail and the prisoners in the jail, attending county council session and executing their orders, and executing orders from the County Commissioners.
Office Duties Include: dealing with the public, dealing with Sheriff's sales tax warrants, gun permits, and various other issues.
